Pricing & Rates Explained
Rates Effective Summer 2008 Rates for petcare and dogwalking do not include medication adminstering
We care for dogs, cats, and most other not-so-Fuzzie Friendz, including birds, reptiles, aquatic animals, and even sugar gliders! Visits are thirty-minutes each visit unless otherwise specified and include up to Two (2) pets with a minimum twenty minute play and socialization period for the lonely.
All initial consultations are always FREE of charge.
Pet sitting rates are based on the number of visits per day. For dog clients we recommend a 3 visit per day schedule. That is, one visit in the morning, one visit mid-afternoon and one late night visit. The rate would change only on your first and last day of service, depending on your departure and arrival times and how many visits you require those days.
Medication Administrations:
Since it is difficult to determine in advance how challenging it may be to administer medications to your pet, we cannot apply a standard rate for this service. Dogs are generally very receptive to pills wrapped in a treat, whereas cats must be located and wrangled before they can be given a pill. The same is true for injections. We will determine a price per visit charge after meeting your pet. We suggest that our initial interview be scheduled around your pet's medication time so that we can observe the procedures that you follow. Medications Administration is $0.00-$5.00 per visit.
Medications administered include:
*Oral, transdermal, etc.
*Injections, ie., Insulin, etc.
*Subcutaneous fluid administration.
Terminal care and monitoring are also available upon request.
